Terms of service
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using WorldFanX ("Platform", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. WorldFanX is an independent marketplace and is not affiliated with FIFA, any national football federation, or official ticket issuers.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to participate in cryptocurrency transactions in your jurisdiction to use this Platform. By creating an account, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and current.
3. Ticket Listings & Sales
WorldFanX lists tickets offered by verified sellers and our own agency inventory. All tickets are subject to availability. We do not guarantee that listed tickets will be honored by the issuing venue or organization and advise buyers to confirm event terms. Prices are displayed in USDC (≈ USD). Checkout settlement is in USDT (TRC-20 or BEP-20) or Bitcoin (BTC) only.
4. Crypto Payments & Escrow
All payments are processed exclusively in cryptocurrency. Funds are held in a custodial escrow wallet controlled by WorldFanX until successful ticket delivery is confirmed. Upon confirmation, funds are released to the seller minus platform fees. In the event of non-delivery, buyers are eligible for a full refund per our Buyer Guarantee.
5. Buyer Guarantee
We guarantee that if a purchased ticket is not delivered or is found to be fraudulent, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid. Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of the event start time via the dashboard Disputes section. WorldFanX's decision on disputes is final.
6. Seller Obligations
Verified sellers must provide authentic, transferable tickets. Sellers who upload fraudulent or invalid tickets will be permanently banned and may face legal action. Sellers must transfer tickets within the agreed timeframe or face penalty under our Seller Agreement.
7. Prohibited Activities
You may not use the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, or any other illegal purpose. You may not scrape, misrepresent, impersonate, or interfere with Platform operations. Violations will result in account termination and possible reporting to relevant authorities.
8. Fees
WorldFanX charges a 2.5% service fee on all purchases, applied at checkout. Network gas fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Seller settlement fees (if applicable) are disclosed during onboarding.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WorldFanX is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform, including losses from cryptocurrency price volatility, event cancellations, or venue policies. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the transaction in dispute.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitute acceptance. We will notify registered users via email of material changes.
